– Burger buns x 4
– 4 cheese slices
– Mama Sood’s Date & Tamarind Chutney
– 2 cups boiled and mashed potatoes
– 2 chopped fresh Chillies (Red/Green)
– 2 tbsp fresh chopped coriander leaves
– 2-3 slices of bread crumbs
– 1 tsp Coriander powder
– ½ tsp cumin powder
– ½ tsp ajwain (carom) seeds powder
– 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
– 1 tsp Chaat Masala
– 1 tsp Amchoor powder (Optional)
– ½ tsp black pepper powder
– Salt to taste
– For variation, you can add grated cheese in the middle
