Welcome to Mama Sood’s! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Mama Sood’s Website, located at https://mamasoods.co.uk/.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Mama Sood’s if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

2. Products or Services (if applicable)

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

3. Return Policy

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tamper seal intact.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

5. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: Suite One, Ena Works, 3 Volunteer Street, St Helens, WA10 2AY.

6. Shipping

We use Royal Mail 48-hour service. Your package will usually be posted the day after your order. Friday cut-offs are at 12pm; if you order on Friday, we will ship on the following Monday. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Suite One, Ena Works, 3 Volunteer Street, St Helens, WA10 2AY. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

7. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information.

8. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
