Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item. Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery via email at [email protected] or using our contact form. Please provide photographs of the product/s, however, do not open your ferments.
We will replace any products damaged before receipt, provided we are notified upon receipt and before the item is opened. If you are experiencing external damage to the product, please contact us immediately to evaluate the issue.
Please take note of the storage instructions for our products, as we cannot offer refunds or replacements if our ferments are not taken care of by the instructions.
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, as our products are perishable goods. Therefore, they cannot be returned or refunded. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
If you order merchandise from us and the item does not fit, you may choose to exchange or refund the item. Please get in touch with us via email as soon as possible.
We will send the relevant information and a free-of-charge return label, and you will have 45 days maximum to return the item to receive a refund. Please note that we cannot process a return and refund for items returned after this date.
