Chilli Marinade:
1. Cut cubes of Paneer and place them on a large plate.
2. Make space in the middle of the plate and combine all the ingredients mixture into the middle.
Paneer Tikka:
1. Add the paneer to the prepared marinade, mix gently and keep aside for 20-30 mins to marinate.
2. Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle. Grease it with a little oil, place a few Paneer on it and cook on medium heat. Using little oil, cook all sides by turning them in between till they turn golden brown. Similarly cook the rest of the paneer pieces.
3. Serve Chilli Paneer with Rice, salad and chutney.
