Chilli Marinade:
1. Cut small cubes of Chicken and place them in a large bowl.
2. Make space in the middle of the plate and combine all the ingredients mixture into the middle.
Chicken Tikka:
1. Add the Chicken to the prepared marinade, mix gently and keep aside for 20-30 mins to marinate.
2. Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle. Grease it with a little oil, place a few Chicken pieces on it and cook on medium heat. Using little oil, cook all sides by turning them in between till they turn golden brown and check if chicken is cooked thoroughly. Similarly cook the rest of the Chicken pieces.
3. Serve Chilli Chicken with Rice, salad and chutney.
